I am drunk
It's so much fun to get together with friends and chat about old times; and meet new people too.
I got such a chance today, to reminisce and chat randomly with a bunch of people over drinks. It was awesome. Then I took the bus back and had to walk for 20 mins to get home. On the way, a police cruiser stopped me and asked me for my ID. It was interesting. I just kept on walking fter. I wasn't quite sure what to feel about that. I've been asked for my ID in other countries where it's mandatory to have your ID with you at all times; never in Canada. I guess I looked lightly suspicious: I'm male; walking home without a shirt at 2:00 am; I'm brown in a Jewish neighbourhood. Fair enough...? I didn't think this happened so much in Toronto.
I guess I'm glad the police are patrolling the area to make sure nothing out of the ordinary is happening; but on the other hand, I'm sad that they have to.
Maybe they were just checking me out. :)
Earlier today I had a chance to meet up with my housemate J over brunch while he was getting his visa in Toronto. It was great to catch up (slightly) with him and his family. It was really good to finally meet his parents and see who these people are, after hearing about them for a year. Hope I see him again before he goes on exchange.
Anyway, I'm gonna get some sleep. And drink lots of H2O. Night.

I so hope for you that the water helps. But police always suspect the weird guys. And you're probably one of them, sorry But you're not the only weird person I know. I hope that helps.
Ha ha ha -- thanks, yara!
Take the positiv side of that "sad" story with the police, they patrol.
But I have a question...why were you shirtless ? lol
lol.... il faisait simplement chaud dehors, malgré le fait que c'était 2h du matin. Wish I could have had an entertaining story about that.
I guess I'm into cops. If they're young and hot. Mmm, hot.
Uniforms addict ;)
Yeah, I know what you mean, it's always fun to catch up with old friends.
Indeed it is. Especially when you can get to know them in new ways.
